Please email wirewaffle@hotmail.com if you find any stations off air at any time to keep list current - thanks - I do confess I have discovered many more and have not listed them - will try to do more in future

I will add to this list from time to time (date added underneath station name)

Station  Web Address Comments
Radio Caroline

26/01/09

http://radiocaroline.servemp3.com/   The Sixties station with a variety of rock and pop - still supported by its original broadcasters but championing new broadcast staff.  Music and loving awareness. Some excellent oldies shows in the evenings and I enjoy Good Rocking tonight
Radio Nonsense

26/01/09

http://www.radiononsense.com/     No announcements excellent variety of new and old music, in many languages, opera, pop and oldies - web site links to sites where you can buy the item playing, and lists everything played
Watford Radio (Watford Hospital Radio)

26/01/09

http://www.watfordradio.com/   Oldies and current pop, and for long periods back to back music
Radio Verulam 92.6 FM community radio

15/4/09

http://www.radioverulam.com/1/Home.html A community radios station from the historic town of St Albans  Try the John BS drive time show Tuesday and Friday 4-7pm - otherwise there is a good mix of old and new music on this station
WAFN 92.7 FM Huntsville 92.7

16/4/09

http://www.fun927.com/ Fun Radio from the USA - a great oldies station - well worth a listen  This station has some life in it - and a good choice of music. The news and weather are read in an animated style - even deaths and crashes are jolly!

I heard a promotion for a presenter called Bud Ballou - I am not sure that this is the same one who was on UK offshore radio in the sixties!

WIGHT FM  Internet only from the Isle of Wight

20/4/09

http://www.wightfm.com/ Great music, claims to have some big names broadcasting but at the time of posting they seem to be voice tracked, even though they show pictures of the presenters in their studios.
